USER AGREEMENT

INTRODUCTION
The terms and conditions of using the Food2Live website are hereby set out.

PLEASE READ THEM VERY CAREFULLY, because when you use the Food2live site you automatically agree to them.

WELL-BEING and HEALTH
In absolutely NO way is the information provided on the Food2live site an alternative for professional medical advice. It is strongly recommended that the facilities and information provided by the site be used in collaboration, and with guidance from a health professional. It is impossible for information of a general nature to suit everyone. What suits or is helpful to one person may not help another. Your doctor, dietician, nutritionist, or other health professional are in the best position to advise you about changing or undertaking a new ‘food intake?or exercise programme.
ALWAYS SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADVICE BEFORE EMBARKING ON A NEW PROGRAMME.
DO NOT DELAY IN SEEKING ADVICE, ESPECIALLY WITH REGARD TO ANYTHING YOU HAVE READ ON THE FOOD2LIVE SITE.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Food2live strives to ensure that the information disseminated is true and accurate. However, it is impossible to give a ‘cast iron?guarantee that all information provided, will at all times be accurate in every detail.
Food2live will not be liable for any damages or injury that accompany or result from your use of our site. These include (but are not limited to) damages or injury caused by any of the following: * Error, * Omission, * Failure of performance, * Defect, * Line failure, * Computer virus, * Delay in operation or transmission, * Interruption, * Inability to use the site, or other site/s to which you may hyperlink from Food2live site.
Food2live will not be liable even if it has been negligent or if it’s authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages ?or both.
Food2live will not be liable for any damages intended to compensate someone directly for a loss or injury, consequential damages or incidental damages.

USE OF FOOD2LIVE CONTENT (DISCLAIMER)

As previously mentioned Food2live takes the utmost care in endeavouring to provide true and accurate material on its site. However, all material in the site is provided as is. Food2live disclaims all express and implied warranties about the material in the site.

FOOD2LIVE DOES NOT WARRANTY that the material is of any kind of level of quality or fit for a special use; that our site or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components; that defects will be corrected; that the functional elements contained in the materials will be uninterrupted or error free, and that successful results will eventuate from properly following any instructions, directions or recipes used from the site.
Food2live does NOT assume any costs of servicing, repair or correction.
Under the terms and conditions as set out YOU AGREE NOT TO RE-USE THE MATERIAL from Food2live. You agree not to copy, distribute, upload, post, or transmit anything unless you get the written consent from Food2live.

LICENSE Food2live grants you a license to download its material onto one computer for your personal, non-commercial use only. The material must NOT be changed or altered in anyway. If you do alter anything you will be violating our intellectual-property rights. You are not to sell or redistribute any material taken from the site ?or convert it, by any means, for other people to use. 
Food2live retains, at all times, the full and complete title to the software and to all of the associated intellectual-property rights.

USE OF INFORMATION SENT TO FOOD2LIVE

Any/all ideas, suggestions, comments, recipes, or other information sent to Food2live through the site (with the express exception of all details of a subscribers personal details, which are protected by Food2live Privacy Policy) becomes and will remain the property of Food2live, even if the agreement is terminated at a later date.
Food2live will have the exclusive title of all present and future rights to any information submitted to the site. Food2live may use the information for any purpose, in any way, without compensating anyone for it.
If you submit information you take full responsibility (not Food2live) for the message, including its legality, reliability, originality, appropriateness, and copyright.

CANCELLATION

After the initial three (3) months, a cancellation may be effected to an annual, half yearly or quarterly subscription, but no refund or credit will be made. The cancellation shall be made by the user informing food2live by contacting it by email to admin@food2live.co.uk 
Any delinquent or unpaid amounts must be paid in full before a re-subscription may be made. It is the users responsibility to notify food2live of a cancellation at least seven(7) days prior to a renewal date.

PRIVACY

Please read our privacy policy document for information about the food2live use and storage of information. The user agrees not to use a false name or misleading information and further agrees to provide food2live with current, complete, and accurate information as required to complete the registration form, and to maintain and update the information as required to keep it current, complete, and accurate. If food2live suspects that any information is not correct it reserves the right to terminate any existing account or agreement and to block access to the restricted area without notification.

TERMINATION AND/OR MODIFICATION

Either party may terminate this agreement at anytime. If the ‘user?party no longer agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement they should notify food2live.co.uk by sending an email informing of their desire to terminate. The Agreement will continue to apply to all past use of the services provided by the site, even if they are no longer being used.
Food2live reserves the right to modify this agreement and to impose additional terms or conditions on the use of the information obtained from the site. Such new and/or additional terms and conditions will be effective immediately and incorporated into the Agreement upon notice, which may be given by any reasonable means including by posting on the site. Continued use of the site following a notice of change or addition of terms will be deemed to conclusively indicate acceptance.

IF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE FOREGOING AGREEMENT ARE NOT ACCEPTED WITHOUT QUALIFICATION, NO PERMISSION IS GIVEN TO ACCESS THE SITE OR USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED.
